Epoxy Adhesives & Putties

Hylomar develop and manufacture high strength structural epoxy adhesives for use in demanding industrial environments. The structural adhesives can be formulated as two component adhesives or as single part heat cure adhesives. They have excellent environmental and chemical resistance coupled with good gap filling capability and exceptional adhesion to metal and ceramic materials. Hylomar structural epoxy adhesives have a wide variety of applications including magnet bonding, automotive door sealing and bonding wear resistant ceramics materials. When formulated into a putty Hylomar epoxies can be used as gap filling sealants in electrical cable glands.


Hylomar® ST574

Hylomar® ST574 is a general purpose two part epoxy putty for sealing, repairing, jointing, insulating and waterproofing a variety of materials including metals, wood, glass, ceramics, concrete and most plastics.

  • Extremely tough and hard when set.
  • Can be drilled, tapped, sanded, moulded and machined.
  • Resists many solvents, oils, cleaners, detergents and other chemicals
  • Paintable
  • Non-conductive

Hylofix-group

HYLO®FIX

HYLO®FIX 10 is a rapid curing (10 minutes) two part epoxy putty which is specially formulated for the bonding, repairing and sealing of metal, pottery, stone, concrete and glass. Major applications are: the sealing of pipes, repairing of tools and general industrial and domestic repairs.

HYLO®FIX 40 is a slower curing (40 minutes) two part epoxy putty which is specially formulated for the bonding, repairing and sealing of metal, pottery, stone, concrete and glass. Major applications are: the sealing of pipes, repairing of tools and general industrial and domestic repairs but where a longer working time is required.

Tilebond

Tilebond is a tough, flexible, impact resistant two-part epoxy adhesive ideal for bonding surfaces subject to impact, vibration and deflection. Unlike conventional epoxy products Tilebond becomes more flexible at elevated temperatures and has a maximum operating temperature of 150ºC.
